STEALTH (AC-262536) is a compound which acts as a selective androgen receptor modulator. Chemically it possesses endo-exo isomerism, with the endo form being the active form.
Because of the limitations and liabilities of current testosterone therapies, non-steroidal tissue-selective androgen receptor modulators may provide a clinically meaningful advance in therapy. Using a functional cell-based assay STEALTH (AC-262536) was identified as a potent and selective AR ligand, with partial agonist activity relative to the natural androgen testosterone. A 2-week chronic study in castrated male rats indicated that STEALTH (AC-262536) significantly improves anabolic parameters in these animals, especially in stimulating the growth of the levator ani and in suppressing elevated LH levels. In sharp contrast to testosterone, STEALTH (AC-262536) has weak androgenic effects, as measured by prostate and seminal vesicle weights. Thus, STEALTH (AC-262536) represents a novel class of selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs) with beneficial anabolic effects.
STEALTH (AC-262356) isn’t one of the stronger SARMs in the spectrum, at a mere 2/3 the anabolic potency of testosterone…but it’s rare, and as a result (relatively weak + rare) is still be undetectable. We haven’t seen anyone test positive for it, nor read any scientific articles describing the development of a blood or urine test for it. We are fairly confident saying that this SARM is still undetectable. And let’s be honest, while a professional bodybuilder doesn’t want something weaker than testosterone, any legitimate (drug-tested) athlete would get a sizeable edge from this STEALTH (AC-262356)
Although STEALTH (AC-262536) is considered more mild than most popular SARMs, its real strength lies in the fact that it imparts near-zero androgenic activity. This means that it poses zero risks to females who still want to gain a sizeable edge in terms of muscle growth and strength, but do not want the risk of developing unfavourable male characteristics such as baldness, unwanted hair growth, deepening of the voice etc.
Until now, one of the very few options available to the female athlete was Anavar - a popular mild steroid which came with its own list of side effects.
